| Return/ Exchange Policy As an effort to provide 100% customer satisfaction, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of purchase with original receipt. Packages must be unopened and in good condition. Refunds may be distributed on purchases that are made with a personal check 7 business days from the date of the receipt. Returns on seasonal items such as Christmas, Easter, and Halloween Costumes must be returned within 7 days after purchase. No returns on Halloween costumes after Halloween. No exchanges or refunds are allowed on unpackaged and inflated balloons. All sales are final on all custom orders such as invitations and banners All sales on Clearance items are final and are non-refundable |
